ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of our services for enterprise accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Manage client expectations and resolve issues
  • Contribute to account retention and upselling
  • Mentor account managers and coordinators

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 7+ years in account management or client services
  • Experience in digital marketing agency environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of client retention
  • Experience managing $1M+ accounts
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings
