ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of our services for enterprise accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results
- Manage client expectations and resolve issues
- Contribute to account retention and upselling
- Mentor account managers and coordinators
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years in account management or client services
- Experience in digital marketing agency environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of client retention
- Experience managing $1M+ accounts
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings
