ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and implement automated marketing workflows that nurture leads and drive conversions for our clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows
- Set up and manage email marketing campaigns
- Create lead scoring models and segmentation strategies
- Integrate marketing platforms with CRM systems
- Develop drip campaigns and nurture sequences
- Analyze automation performance and optimize
- Train clients on marketing automation best practices
- Stay current with automation tools and trends
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+ years of marketing automation experience
- Expertise in HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms
- Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
- Knowledge of lead scoring and segmentation
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
